Our goal is to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation if possible. There are often advantages to alternative means of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. Attorney Paul Callam is experienced and adept at utilizing the full range of legal tools available, including arbitration and mediation, to bring any dispute to an effective resolution.
In addition to representing clients in arbitrations and mediations, Mr. Callam has served as both an arbitrator and mediator of construction and real estate disputes.
